I am pleased to announce that I have joined the panel of neutrals at Alternative Resolution Centers (“ARC”). ARC is one of California’s most respected private dispute resolution companies and has been a leader in mediation and arbitration services since 1987. I am proud to have earned a spot on their team.
For those of you who have worked with me through the courts or through my private practice at MD JD Dispute Resolution, my commitment to thorough preparation, careful analysis, and getting cases resolved remains exactly the same. ARC will provide an expanded platform, a dedicated administrative team, and a broader reach to the attorneys and parties who will benefit from having a physician and attorney at the mediation table. ARC also provides Continuing Legal Education (“CLE”) for not only its panel members but attorneys, and I will be just one of ARC’s panel members who will be giving CLE seminars.
